NovaLogix Logistics is seeking a results oriented Logistics Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end to end supply chain. This is a hands on role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves turning data into actionable improvements.
You will manage and optimize warehouse and transportation operations, build strong carrier relationships, and drive continuous improvement across cost, service and compliance metrics. You will partner with Sales, Procurement and Customer Service to deliver world class service to our customers.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on time, cost efficient delivery
- Design and implement optimized networks, routing, and carrier selection to reduce transport costs
- Manage carrier relationships, freight contracts, and performance reviews
- Oversee warehousing operations including receiving, putaway, order fulfillment and inventory control
- Coordinate with procurement and sales to align supply with demand and develop accurate forecasts
- Monitor safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards across all operations
- Develop and manage budgets, headcount planning, and performance metrics
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field; 5+ years of logistics or operations management experience
- Proven success in optimizing logistics costs, improving service levels and leading cross functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for transportation, customs and warehouse operations
- Comfort with data driven decision making and KPI reporting
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10-20%)
