What you’ll do is essential to our operations: receive and verify shipments, accurately pick and pack orders, load and unload goods, and participate in cycle counts to maintain precise inventory. You’ll use RF scanners and pallet jacks, follow safety protocols, and support shipping and receiving activities. We offer hands-on training, clear career paths, and a culture that rewards initiative.
Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and check inbound shipments against packing lists and delivery notices.
- Verify product counts and conditions; report discrepancies promptly.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as required and maintain equipment safely.
- Record transactions in the WMS/RMS software; conduct regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces per OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control, replenishment, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED; additional logistics training is a plus.
- 6+ months to 2 years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Familiarity with WMS/RMS systems and RF scanning devices; basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification is preferred; not required for entry-level roles (on-site training may be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and dependability.
- Strong communication and team collaboration; punctual and reliable.
