Job description

Join NovaLogix Global as a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end supply chain strategies for APAC, driving cost-to-serve improvements, and implementing scalable processes in a fast-growing company.

In this role, you will own demand planning, S&OP, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, manufacturing, and sales to optimize service levels and reduce working capital.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for APAC.
  • Lead demand planning, S&OP, and forecast accuracy to align supply with demand.
  • Manage procurement and supplier relationships to achieve cost reductions and value-driven sourcing.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure on-time delivery and service levels.
  • Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements through analytics and optimization techniques.
  • Implement supply chain analytics dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with finance, manufacturing, and sales to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and ESG standards across the supply chain.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in people leadership.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; familiarity with SAP APO or Oracle SCM Cloud is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support regional supply chain operations.
