Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with accuracy and care.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to routing documents.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely.
- Maintain organized storage locations and perform regular cycle counts.
- Load and unload goods from trucks, docks, and conveyors.
- Update inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards to minimize risk and damage.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand throughout shift.
- Basic math and reading skills; strong attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills; comfort with inventory systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a positive attitude.
