Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery in Singapore.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, set performance targets, coach staff, and promote a safety- and quality-driven culture.
- Optimize layouts, picking processes, and inventory control to reduce handling costs and improve cycle times.
- Partner with carriers, shippers, and 3PLs to negotiate rates, service levels, and performance metrics.
- Analyze operational data (KPIs, dashboards) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs, and security protocols; manage risk and incident response.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, procurement, and sales to align supply with demand.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on logistics or supply chain operations experience; 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with WMS (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle WMS) and data analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms).
- Proven track record of cost-to-serve optimization, process improvement, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and risk management.
