Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Develop and manage transportation plans, carrier negotiations, and performance monitoring to reduce cost and transit times.
  • Lead warehouse optimization initiatives, including layout redesigns, picking strategies, and automation adoption.
  • Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor service levels, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to align supply with demand and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and data analytics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and best practices across all operations.
  • Manage budget, headcount planning, and vendor relationships while fostering a culture of accountability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management) and TMS (Transportation Management) systems; ERP exposure (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent data literacy with ability to analyze metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Proven project management and change management capabilities; strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset; willingness to travel as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
