Join our growing logistics team as a Logistics Operations Manager in Chicago. Responsibility

  • Design and optimize network routes, carrier selections, and freight cost structures to maximize on-time delivery and efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of logistics experience in a fast-paced environment with progressive responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in cost optimization, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Project management certification or experience leading process improvement initiatives.
