Responsibility
- Plan and execute end-to-end inbound and outbound shipments, including consolidation, routing, and carrier selection.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers to ensure seamless flows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (on-time delivery, transit times, cost per shipment) and implement improvements.
- Optimize transportation routes and load planning using data-driven analysis and TMS/WMS insights.
- Manage shipping documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping for imports/exports.
- Maintain accurate shipment status, inventory levels, and exception handling in ERP/WMS systems.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation management, or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
