Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments across multiple carriers and modes.
- Monitor and optimize transportation costs, transit times, and service levels using data-driven insights.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with warehousing, procurement, and customer service to ensure accurate inventory and on-time fulfillment.
- Manage carrier contracts, rate negotiation, and performance metrics; resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs documentation, and safety standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in routing, scheduling, and warehouse processes.
- Prepare and present operations dashboards to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or distribution management.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar); proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Proven ability to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, import/export, and customs procedures.
