Responsibility
- Develop and manage a network of high-net-worth clients and real estate investors.

- Negotiate purchase agreements and expertly navigate contract processes.
- Conduct accurate market analysis to determine competitive property pricing.
- Lead property tours, open houses, and client meetings with professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and staging teams for optimal listing exposure.
- Stay up-to-date on Miami market trends, inventory, and luxury neighborhoods.
- Ensure a seamless, client-focused experience from first contact to closing.
Qualification
- Current Florida Real Estate License required.
- Proven sales record with a focus on high-value transactions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Miami luxury property market is a plus.
- Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
- Tech-savvy with CRM, MLS software, and digital marketing platforms.
