Responsibility
- Represent buyers and sellers in luxury residential and commercial transactions.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value listings through proactive networking.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis for exclusive clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized property guidance.
- Leverage digital marketing and MLS platforms to maximize listings exposure.
- Stay informed of local market trends and emerging investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage the transaction lifecycle end-to-end.
Qualification
- Active California Real Estate License is required.
- Proven sales experience in luxury or high-end property markets preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong digital marketing and social media proficiency.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to build strong client relationships.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
