Responsibility
- Represent buyers and sellers of luxury residential properties in Miami's most coveted locations.
- Prospect, acquire, and nurture qualified leads via networking, digital channels, and referrals.
- Conduct property showings, tours, and open houses tailored to a premium clientele.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes: negotiations, contracts, and closing coordination.
- Advise clients on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Stay updated on Miami real estate trends and premier property inventory.
- Provide a seamless, world-class customer experience from first contact to after-sale service.
Qualification
- Active Florida real estate license required.
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience, luxury sector preferred.
- Proven track record of closing high-value residential transactions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Miami's luxury housing market.
- Self-motivated with a client-centric mindset and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
