Job description

Pan-United Corporation is actively seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance and optimization across our Singapore-based plants. You will champion reliability, safety, and efficiency to support seamless operations and successful project delivery. This role blends hands-on fault finding with strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.

As a maintenance leader, you will own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. You will analyze equipment performance, develop maintenance strategies, set preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and extend asset life. You will leverage CMMS to plan work orders, track parts, and report on key reliability metrics while ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental requirements.

We are looking for a collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, documents thoroughly, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you are passionate about reliability engineering, condition monitoring, and sustainable plant operations, we want to hear from you.

Pan-United Corporation offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for technical growth, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and performance. Your contributions will directly influence equipment uptime, production efficiency, and project success across our Singapore facilities.

  • Monitor equipment performance data, generate reliability KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to support maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with operations, safety, and engineering teams to implement safety standards and energy-efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead small-capital maintenance projects and work with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or construction materials.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Proficiency with a CMMS and maintenance planning tools; data-driven approach to asset reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards, lockout-tagout procedures, and ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Willingness to work shifts or on-call as part of on-site maintenance coverage.
