We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to oversee our clean room equipment at Hoya Electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the proper maintenance of our machine equipment to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Responsibility
- Manage and lead a team of technicians in maintaining clean room equipment
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address any issues promptly
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of clean room protocols and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
