StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a Class 3 Driving License to join our East Region operations. This full-time role focuses on proactive maintenance, routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and on-site repairs across multiple facilities and remote sites. You will help ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and reliable operation by applying your hands-on mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing skills.
In this role you will be part of a cohesive field maintenance team dedicated to reducing downtime and extending asset life. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance according to schedules, inspecting and testing electrical and mechanical systems, and addressing faults with timely corrective actions. You will operate a company van to travel between sites, carry tools and spare parts, and you may be eligible to drive home after shifts depending on location and company policy. You will document all work performed, update maintenance records, and communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors and operations teams.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and systems to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and basic plumbing components.
- Carry out fault finding, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute routine maintenance checks, record results, and update maintenance logs.
- Operate and manage a company van to travel to site locations and return to base as required; ensure vehicle readiness and safety checks.
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to uphold high standards of safety and compliance.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and protective equipment, and request replacements when needed.
Qualification
- Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in facilities or industrial environments.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and dashboards; strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in documenting work orders and maintaining maintenance records using basic computer tools.
- Willingness to operate on-site in the East Region and to work flexible hours as required.
