Responsibility
- Assist in customer needs analysis and tailor life insurance and family takaful solutions to meet client goals.
- Participate in comprehensive onboarding, training sessions, and mentorship programs led by senior leaders.
- Support the sales process, including client presentations, quotations, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, underwriting, and operations to ensure efficient client onboarding.
- Engage in market research and competitive analysis to help identify growth opportunities.
- Rotate through key departments (Sales, Product, Underwriting, Claims, Compliance) to gain hands-on, cross-functional experience.
- Contribute to regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and client documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or final year student in Finance, Banking, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated passion for financial services and helping clients secure their financial future.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
