Responsibility
- Participate in onboarding and a structured training track to build foundational teaching and leadership capabilities.
- Plan, deliver, and co-teach engaging lessons for diverse learners under supervision.
- Assist in curriculum development, lesson design, and instructional materials.
- Support program delivery by coordinating schedules, logistics, and student engagement activities.
- Monitor student progress, collect feedback, and report outcomes to mentors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, and analytics) on improvement projects.
- Lead small-group initiatives, mentorship sessions, or pilot projects as you graduate from the program.
- Contribute to a data-driven culture by analyzing performance metrics and applying insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; confident public speaker.
- Passion for education, student development, and leadership potential.
