Responsibility

  • Rotate across engineering, manufacturing, QA, and operations to gain broad exposure to end-to-end processes.
  • Assist with process optimization, data collection, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities on production lines.
  • Support maintenance and reliability initiatives to maximize asset performance and safety compliance.
  • Contribute to lean manufacturing projects, waste reduction, and cycle-time improvements.
  • Prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and present findings to cross-functional teams and mentors.
