Responsibility
- Rotate across engineering, manufacturing, QA, and operations to gain broad exposure to end-to-end processes.
- Assist with process optimization, data collection, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities on production lines.
- Support maintenance and reliability initiatives to maximize asset performance and safety compliance.
- Contribute to lean manufacturing projects, waste reduction, and cycle-time improvements.
- Prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and present findings to cross-functional teams and mentors.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators to design, test, and implement new solutions.
- Participate in risk assessment, quality control, and continuous improvement activities to sustain operational excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or nearing graduation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on project or internship experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to data analytics tools (Excel, Minitab, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities; fluent in English; Malay language skills beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Senai, Johor and participate in a multi-functional rotation program.
