Join Micron Semiconductors at our state-of-the-art F10 manufacturing site in Singapore as the Manager of F10 MFG Wet. You will lead the front-end wet processing operations, ensuring maximum equipment availability, process stability, and yield optimization across the wafer fabrication line. In this role, you will partner with Process Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Facilities to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations that meet production plan targets and quality standards.
As a people leader and technical supervisor, you will build a high-performing team, develop talent, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will apply data-driven decision making to troubleshoot issues, implement process changes, and reduce cycle times while maintaining strict safety and environmental health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations for the F10 Wet area, aligning preventive maintenance schedules, conducting root-cause analysis, and leading yield improvement programs through process optimization. You will manage budget and headcount, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies, and collaborate with Process Engineering and Equipment Maintenance to optimize tooling and chemical processes. You will also lead cross-functional problem solving to meet production demands.

Responsibility
- Lead daily operations for the F10 Wet Processing area, ensuring high equipment availability, uptime, and process stability.
- Drive yield improvement programs and process optimization using data analytics, SPC, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning for the Wet area.
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans, schedule PMs, and coordinate with Equipment Maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure safe operations and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies (EHS) across the site.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, Facilities, and Quality to implement new processes, transfer tech, and troubleshoot yield or contamination issues.
- Monitor budget and headcount, control costs, and support capital projects and tooling upgrades as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials) or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience in semiconductor or high-volume precision manufacturing; 3+ years in people leadership.
- Strong knowledge of wafer wet processing equipment, chemical handling, and safety controls.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive results, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience with data-driven manufacturing, SPC, and MES/ERP systems; proficient with dashboards and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.
