Keppel Corporation is seeking a results driven Finance Manager to join our finance team in the Central Region of Singapore. This strategic leadership role is responsible for guiding financial planning and analysis, driving budgeting and forecasting cycles, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of assets. You will partner with business leaders across functions to provide meaningful insights, quantify commercial impact, and support decisions that optimize capital allocation and long term value creation.
As a hands on finance leader, you will oversee month end close, consolidate group performance, and coordinate regulatory reporting in line with GAAP and IFRS. You will manage treasury activities, working capital optimization, and risk management programs to safeguard liquidity while enabling growth. You will champion process improvements and automation, leveraging ERP systems to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency. A strong emphasis on stakeholder management, clear communication, and mentoring the finance team is essential for success in this role.

Responsibility
- Lead the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery.
- Manage financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long range planning.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and working capital optimization across entities.
- Coordinate month end close, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and IFRS; liaise with auditors as required.
- Provide management reporting and business insights to senior leaders to support strategic decision making.
- Drive process improvements and automation of financial reporting through ERP systems and data analytics.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high performance culture and cross functional collaboration.
- Support capital expenditure analysis, ROI assessments, and investment appraisal for key initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, or FP&A, with 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS and experience with statutory and regulatory reporting.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel; experience with data analytics is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional environment and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines.
