SEGi University is seeking a strategic, data-driven Manager for Global Market Growth & Regional Centres to lead our expansion across regional hubs and international programs. This leadership role blends business development, partner management, and cross-functional program oversight to deliver measurable growth in student enrollment, partnerships, and academic collaborations. Based at our Kota Damansara campus in Selangor, you will shape the university’s global footprint and drive excellence in regional centre operations.

In this role, you will design and execute growth strategies for new markets, build and sustain partnerships with industry leaders, government bodies, and international academic institutions, and ensure programs align with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with marketing, admissions, academic units, and external partners to create scalable, outcomes-driven initiatives while managing budgets, roadmaps, and performance indicators.

You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. This position offers significant visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to influence SEGi University's direction in global education and regional development.

If you are a proactive, results-oriented leader with a passion for higher education and global market expansion, we would like to hear from you. The Best In You Made Possible is more than a tagline — it is our commitment to empower students and employees to achieve their potential.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, market intelligence, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across multiple regions. You will monitor market trends, compete analyses, and translate insights into actionable business plans. You will also oversee the operations of SEGi's regional centres, ensuring program quality, compliance, and timely delivery of services to students and partners. You will manage human resources, including recruiting, training, and performance management for a diverse team. We offer a collaborative culture, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic education environment.
