PT. Sinar Surya Abadi Sejahtera is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Administrative Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. This role is ideal for communicators who combine administrative precision with bilingual fluency to support operations, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between Mandarin-speaking clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication, timely documentation, and a professional front-line presence. You will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and assist in translating and paraphrasing key documents and emails to support business development and operations.

Responsibility
- Serve as the primary Mandarin-speaking administrative liaison for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Perform general admin tasks: data entry, filing, document management, travel and meeting coordination.
- Provide bilingual support in Mandarin and Indonesian across calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist with translation and localization of documents, emails, and customer communications as needed.
- Support basic accounting, invoicing, and procurement tasks to ensure accurate records.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail and correspondence, and maintain a professional front-office reception.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
Qualification
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in Indonesian.
- Proven experience in administrative roles; familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information and multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Professional presentation and positive team attitude.
