As a Mandarin Staff Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between Mandarin-speaking teams and local departments, ensuring clear, timely communication and efficient workflow. You will manage administrative tasks, assist with document handling, translate or interpret when needed, and help maintain accurate records across internal systems. You will collaborate with multiple departments—such as Operations, HR, Procurement, and Customer Service—to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service to partners and vendors.

Responsibility
- Provide Mandarin-language support to internal departments and cross-border partners to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, HR, and procurement to facilitate smooth workflows across departments.
- Translate and/or interpret Mandarin documents, emails, and meeting notes as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document filing.
- Maintain and update data in internal systems, perform data entry, and support reporting needs.
- Assist in onboarding and training logistics for Mandarin-speaking staff or partners.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from Mandarin-speaking clients or vendors in a professional, timely manner.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (spoken and written); strong translation/interpretation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and common productivity tools; experience with data entry and document management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
