Responsibility
- Participate actively in the end-to-end manufacturing processes of biopharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP standards
- Work under the supervision of experienced manufacturing biotechnologists to learn best practices and operational procedures
- Assist in the set-up, operation, monitoring, and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and support systems
- Collect, analyze, and document production data while maintaining accurate records
- Identify and report equipment or process deviations to ensure product quality and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Production Support
- Engage in ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops offered through the program
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within production processes to optimize efficiency
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in biomanufacturing and bioprocess engineering
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ working experience are welcome
- Understanding of GMP regulations is preferred but not required
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in hands-on activities
