Autohub Group is seeking a proactive Marketing Professional to drive growth for our assigned automotive brand in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that increase awareness, demand, and sales of new cars. This role blends creative brand storytelling with data-driven optimization, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to reach potential buyers at every stage of the funnel.

As a key member of our dealership team, you will collaborate with sales, product, and service departments to craft compelling campaigns, coordinate product launches, and host engaging events such as test-drive days and brand experiences. Your insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity will inform promotions, pricing, and merchandising that differentiate our brand from competitors while protecting margin and maximizing ROI.

Ideal candidates are results-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for storytelling, and a track record of driving sales through integrated marketing programs, we want to hear from you.

You will manage the brand's presence across channels, including social media, search, email, and local partnerships. You will monitor campaigns, optimize creatives and spend, and report on key metrics to leadership. A BA/BS in Marketing or related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience in automotive or consumer electronics sectors. Knowledge of Philippine market is a plus. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive new car sales for the assigned brand.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and promotions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, and paid channels (PPC/SEO).
  • Coordinate brand events, test-drive days, showroom promotions, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Manage budget, timelines, and vendor relationships; monitor press and media coverage.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive marketing, dealership marketing, or B2C brand marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Philippine automotive market, consumer behavior, and sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, SEO, email marketing platforms) and MS Office.
