Responsibility
- Deliver engaging mathematics instruction to students across assigned grade levels, adapting methods to support varied learning styles.
- Plan and implement high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum standards and clear objectives.
- Assess student progress using formative and summative assessments; maintain accurate records and communicate results.
- Differentiate instruction and provide accommodations or enrichment to support all learners.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and respectful collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular activities, assessment strategies, and shared resources.
- Engage with families and caregivers to discuss progress and set goals, providing regular updates on student achievement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated classroom teaching experience, ideally in Mathematics or STEM subjects.
- Solid knowledge of mathematics concepts from basic arithmetic to higher-level topics relevant to the curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; ability to explain complex ideas clearly; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills; ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
