Responsibility
- Develop and extend mathematical models for complex, real-world problems across domains such as finance, engineering, and data science.
- Design, implement, and validate numerical algorithms and simulations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy models in production environments.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and contribute original research to advance the field.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge through internal seminars.
- Publish research results in peer-reviewed venues and contribute to internal knowledge repositories.
Qualification
- PhD or MS in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB; experience with R or Julia a plus.
- Proficiency in numerical methods, optimization, probability, and stochastic processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and validate mathematical models for real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Track record of research publication or strong technical portfolio.
- Experience with high-performance computing, version control, and collaborative software development.
