You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop, validate, and deploy mathematical models that inform strategic decisions and drive product performance.

We offer a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

Responsibility

  • Lead the development of advanced mathematical models for real-world problems across finance, engineering, and data science.
  • Design and implement numerical methods and algorithms with robust validation and testing.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
  • Publish research findings in internal and external venues and present results to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior mathematicians and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance using real-world datasets and benchmarks.
  • Translate business goals into rigorous mathematical frameworks and measurable outcomes.

Qualification

  • PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB; experience with Julia or R is a plus.
  • Expertise in numerical analysis, optimization, stochastic processes, and data-driven modeling.
