As the Mechanic & Electrical Leader, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team in ensuring optimal functionality of equipment such as Hoist Cranes, Forklifts, Generators (Genset), and truck fleets (including CDD, Tronton, Trailer, Fuso). Your leadership and technical expertise will directly contribute to operational efficiency, safety, and business excellence at Intisumber Bajasakti.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team in performing mechanical and electrical repairs on heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
- Oversee routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Hoist Cranes, Forklifts, Generators (Genset), and trucks (CDD, Tronton, Trailer, Fuso).
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure all equipment remains in optimal, safe working condition.
- Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems and provide effective repair solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service documentation for all machinery and vehicles.
- Implement safety procedures and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians, fostering a high-performing maintenance team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize urgent repairs and support production goals.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and vehicles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Hoist Cranes, Forklifts, Generators (Genset), and various truck types (CDD, Tronton, Trailer, Fuso).
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing maintenance teams.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and best safety practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
- Willing to work on-site in Cikupa, Banten.
