NovaTech Mechanical Solutions is seeking a proactive Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize complex mechanical systems for our diverse industrial clients. This role blends CAD design, FEA analysis, and hands-on prototyping to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions.

Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using industry-standard CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).
- Perform FEA/DFMEA analyses to validate performance, durability, and safety under real-world operating conditions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, GD&T, and manufacturing drawings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize producibility and cost.
- Lead prototype testing, data collection, and iterative design improvements.
- Support new product introductions and ensure design-for-manufacturing alignment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of professional mechanical design experience in manufacturing or heavy machinery sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent) and familiarity with FEA tools.
- Strong GD&T knowledge and experience with tolerancing and specification development.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
