Join Apex Motion Technologies as a Senior Mechanical Engineer focused on the design and development of high performance motion control systems. This role combines hands on CAD modeling, simulation, and collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver robust mechanical solutions for robotics, aerospace, and industrial equipment.

Responsibility
- Lead the mechanical design of electro mechanical systems from concept to production.
- Create and manage 3D CAD models using SolidWorks or Creo; develop robust drawings and BOMs.
- Perform FEA and thermal analyses to validate designs under real world operating conditions.
- Develop prototypes, test fixtures, and validation plans; analyze results and iterate designs.
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate components and ensure manufacturability.
- Prepare design documentation, GD&T prints, tolerance analyses, and release packages for production.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts, assemblies and external validation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master preferred
- 5+ years of mechanical design experience in mechatronics, automation, or medical devices
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo; experience with FEA tools like ANSYS
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability
- Hands on experience with prototyping, testing, and design validation
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- US work authorization; ability to travel up to 10 percent
