In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and assemblies that meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.

Responsibility
- Assess product requirements and translate them into robust, manufacturable mechanical designs.
- Develop 3D models, drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo).
- Perform FEA/stress analysis and test planning to validate designs under real-world conditions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to drive design-for-manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead design reviews, ensure compliance with industry standards, GD&T, and documentation control.
- Support prototyping, testing, and iteration to meet project timelines and quality targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate a safe, efficient, innovative culture.
Qualification
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; 0-5 years of relevant experience for entry to mid-level roles.
- Strong proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Creo) and visualization tools; experience with FEA is a plus.
- Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and data analysis; familiarity with DOE methods.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of PDM/PLM systems and design documentation best practices.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
