We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our team at Lintech Duta Pratama. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing various technical drawings such as architectural, structural, mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP), and interior designs. Your attention to detail and expertise in estimating will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
Responsibility
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Estimate costs for mechanical components and systems
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers
- Prepare accurate and detailed project bids
- Monitor project costs and budgets
Qualification
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Experience in mechanical estimation or related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
