Join our Private Advertiser team as a Medical Biller and play a critical role in optimizing revenue cycle management for US-based patients. This onsite position in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga offers the opportunity to contribute to accurate billing, faster reimbursements, and exceptional service to healthcare providers and patients alike.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end medical billing processes, ensuring clean claims, precise coding, and timely submission. You will work closely with physicians, coders, and billing specialists to maximize reimbursements while upholding HIPAA and data privacy standards. Daily duties include reviewing patient data, verifying insurance coverage, coding using CPT/ICD-10-CM, and submitting claims to US payer networks.
You will monitor accounts receivable, manage denials, perform root-cause analysis, and implement process improvements to reduce claim cycles. Our onsite environment emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and accuracy — all critical to maintaining healthy revenue streams for our partners and us.

Responsibility
- Process and submit electronic claims for US-based payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and CPT/ICD-10-CM coding to ensure accurate billing.
- Review and appeal denials and rejections with documentation to maximize reimbursements.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding claims, and manage payment status inquiries.
- Post payments, reconcile billing records, and maintain clean audit trails for all transactions.
- Collaborate with clinicians and billing staff to obtain missing information and improve claim quality.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and secure handling of patient information.
- Generate patient statements when needed and support collection activities while maintaining professional communication.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of medical billing experience with US claims preferred; strong knowledge of payer guidelines.
- Proficiency in CPT/ICD-10-CM coding and experience with EHR/Practice Management or billing software.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, AR metrics, and denial management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to interact effectively with US-based providers.
- Willingness to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone; reliable commuting arrangements.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); ability to explain billing concepts clearly.
