We are seeking an energetic Medical Representative to join SCCR Indonesia and be a key driver of growth in Central Java and Yogyakarta. In this field-based role, you will promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals, provide scientific information, and build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and ethical promotion, align with regional medical strategies, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

As a Medical Representative, you will be the primary contact in your territory, translating clinical data into practical insights that support patient care. You will execute targeted territory plans, manage day-to-day activities, and keep accurate records of visits, sample distributions, and outcomes in our CRM system. This role requires travel within the assignment area and a strong commitment to professional development, regulatory compliance, and ethical conduct. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Central Java and Yogyakarta.
  • Promote SCCR Indonesia products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacists with compliant messaging.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, clinical discussions, and in-service trainings.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage, set call targets, and track activities in the CRM system.
  • Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and report insights to the sales and medical teams.
  • Coordinate with marketing and medical affairs for product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage samples, literature distribution, and ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.
  • Attend ongoing training and stay informed about portfolio updates and therapeutic areas.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales in Indonesia.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and field sales tools; solid organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory; valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Central Java and Yogyakarta healthcare landscape; Indonesian fluency is required; English is a plus.
