The MSL will influence clinical and medical strategy by delivering balanced, evidence-based information, supporting clinical trials, and facilitating scientific exchange across healthcare professionals.
What you’ll do: develop and execute field medical plans, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support clinical trial sites, contribute to medical launch readiness, provide medical input on publications and abstracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute field medical plans to engage clinicians, centers of excellence, and patient advocacy groups in Rare Diseases and Immunology.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and investigators; advise on advisory boards and clinical study activities.
- Deliver high-quality scientific exchanges, presentations, and medical information tailored to diverse audiences including physicians, researchers, and internal teams.
- Support clinical trial activities by providing medical insight, site selection input, and patient enrollment strategies as appropriate.
- Contribute to medical publications, abstracts, and slide decks; ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, HEOR, Market Access, and Commercial teams to inform strategy and optimize patient outcomes.
Qualification
- MD, DO, or PhD in life sciences; clinical credentials preferred for advanced scientific engagement.
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Science Liaison or equivalent field medical experience in specialized medicine (rare diseases, immunology, or related areas).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with KOLs and investigators.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory guidelines, and medical literature development.
- Willingness to travel 40-60% and work in a field-based, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
