Micron Semiconductors is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Process Development, Photolithography, NAND to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a senior photolithography expert, you will be instrumental in driving process innovation across multiple technology nodes, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our NAND flash memory product portfolio. Responsibility

  • Lead process development and optimization for advanced photolithography in NAND flash technologies.
  • Drive technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring seamless process integration.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance yield, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including device, integration, and manufacturing engineers, to align strategies and project milestones.
  • Design and execute experiments (DOE) for process improvement and validation.
  • Analyze data and leverage advanced metrology to fine-tune lithography processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, technical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Document and present key findings, recommendations, and technical reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor photolithography process development, with a preference for NAND flash memory technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced lithography techniques, tools (stepper/scanner), and process integration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and experiment design (DOE).
  • Expertise in troubleshooting yield/process issues and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with process transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, multicultural environments and manage multiple priorities.
