Micron Semiconductors is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Process Development, Photolithography, NAND to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a senior photolithography expert, you will be instrumental in driving process innovation across multiple technology nodes, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our NAND flash memory product portfolio. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop, optimize, and transfer semiconductor processes, ensuring manufacturing excellence and technological leadership. Responsibility
- Lead process development and optimization for advanced photolithography in NAND flash technologies.
- Drive technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring seamless process integration.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance yield, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including device, integration, and manufacturing engineers, to align strategies and project milestones.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) for process improvement and validation.
- Analyze data and leverage advanced metrology to fine-tune lithography processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, technical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Document and present key findings, recommendations, and technical reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor photolithography process development, with a preference for NAND flash memory technologies.
- Strong knowledge of advanced lithography techniques, tools (stepper/scanner), and process integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and experiment design (DOE).
- Expertise in troubleshooting yield/process issues and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience with process transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, multicultural environments and manage multiple priorities.
