Job description
Join Micron Semiconductors as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) focused on process development for thin film deposition used in NAND memory devices. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role based in Singapore that blends research, development, and manufacturing. You will lead efforts to optimize deposition processes, improve film quality, and enable reliable scale-up from laboratory experiments to high-volume production.
As a core member of the Process Development team, you will work across R&D, manufacturing, and equipment groups to push the boundaries of dielectric and conductive thin films. You will apply your expertise in thin-film deposition to drive improvements in film uniformity, thickness control, stoichiometry, and reliability, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards. The role offers rich collaboration with world-class engineers and provides ample opportunities to publish, innovate, and contribute to intellectual property.
We are seeking a proactive problem solver with strong experimental design and data analytics skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and are passionate about semiconductor materials science, this is the ideal place to accelerate your career while helping to advance NAND technology globally.
Why Micron Semiconductors? You will join a global leader in memory technologies, work with cutting-edge deposition equipment, and contribute to next-generation devices that power a wide range of applications. We offer professional growth, competitive compensation, and a collaborative culture that values curiosity, integrity, and impact.
Responsibility
