Responsibility
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize mentoring programs tailored to career development goals.
- Conduct structured one-on-one mentoring sessions with mentees, fostering growth, accountability, and resilience.
- Create personalized development plans with measurable milestones and regular progress reviews.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions and workshops to scale knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with HR and team leads to identify development needs and match mentors with mentees.
- Track program metrics, collect feedback, and report impact to leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on career strategy, leadership readiness, and skill-building opportunities.
- Maintain confidential, ethical mentoring relationships and manage conflicts of interest.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of mentoring, coaching, or related professional development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to guide professionals through career planning, goal setting, and skill-building.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills; strong emotional intelligence.
- Experience designing and delivering coaching sessions, workshops, and online programs.
- Familiarity with mentoring software/tools and data-driven program evaluation.
- Certifications in coaching or mentoring (e.g., ICF, CTI) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid or in-person NYC environment; local presence preferred.
