We are seeking a passionate Mentor & Career Coach to join our premium program in Austin. In this full-time role, you will guide early- and mid-career professionals through goal setting, skill development, and strategic networking.
As a trusted advisor, you'll design personalized development plans, facilitate group coaching sessions, and deliver practical, actionable feedback. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on one-on-one mentoring, measurable outcomes, and a supportive learning culture.

Responsibility
- Conduct structured mentoring sessions, including goal setting, progress tracking, and action planning for each mentee.
- Design and lead group coaching workshops and webinars on topics such as communication, leadership, career planning, and resilience.
- Assess mentee needs, create personalized development plans, and monitor progress against milestones and metrics.
- Maintain accurate mentoring records in our CRM/LMS, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and ensure data integrity.
- Foster inclusive, safe mentoring relationships; promote psychological safety and trust within diverse teams.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to recruit, onboard, and train mentors; contribute to the continuous improvement of materials and processes.
- Coach on resume/CV development, interview preparation, and portfolio presentation to support career advancement.
- Gather feedback, measure outcomes, and report on program impact to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Psychology, or STEM).
- 3+ years of mentoring, coaching, or professional development experience with a track record of helping others achieve goals.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with high emotional intelligence; demonstrated empathy.
- Experience designing curricula, coaching programs, or learning journeys; ability to tailor approaches to individual learners.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable delivering workshops to groups of various sizes.
- Proficiency with CRM/LMS tools and data-driven coaching; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mentees concurrently; self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
- Relevant certifications in coaching or mentoring (e.g., ICF, CPT) are a plus but not required.
