As a trusted advisor, you'll design personalized development plans, facilitate group coaching sessions, and deliver practical, actionable feedback. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on one-on-one mentoring, measurable outcomes, and a supportive learning culture.

If you excel at listening, asking insightful questions, and translating aspirations into concrete steps, you'll thrive here. We value empathy, adaptability, and a data-informed approach to growth.

Responsibility

  • Conduct structured mentoring sessions, including goal setting, progress tracking, and action planning for each mentee.
  • Design and lead group coaching workshops and webinars on topics such as communication, leadership, career planning, and resilience.
  • Assess mentee needs, create personalized development plans, and monitor progress against milestones and metrics.
  • Maintain accurate mentoring records in our CRM/LMS, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and ensure data integrity.
  • Foster inclusive, safe mentoring relationships; promote psychological safety and trust within diverse teams.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators to recruit, onboard, and train mentors; contribute to the continuous improvement of materials and processes.
  • Coach on resume/CV development, interview preparation, and portfolio presentation to support career advancement.
  • Gather feedback, measure outcomes, and report on program impact to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Psychology, or STEM).
  • 3+ years of mentoring, coaching, or professional development experience with a track record of helping others achieve goals.
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with high emotional intelligence; demonstrated empathy.
  • Experience designing curricula, coaching programs, or learning journeys; ability to tailor approaches to individual learners.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable delivering workshops to groups of various sizes.
  • Proficiency with CRM/LMS tools and data-driven coaching; strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple mentees concurrently; self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
