Responsibility
- Design and deliver personalized mentoring plans for individuals and teams, aligned to career goals and personal growth targets.
- Facilitate oneāonāone and group coaching sessions, ensuring a supportive and outcomeāfocused environment.
- Assess client needs, track progress, and adjust coaching strategies based on data and feedback.
- Create practical development roadmaps, including skillābuilding activities, assignments, and milestones.
- Collaborate with program designers to integrate mentoring into broader learning experiences.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and help clients overcome obstacles and selfālimiting beliefs.
- Maintain thorough documentation, scheduling, and reporting to stakeholders while protecting client confidentiality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of mentoring, coaching, or people development experience with measurable outcomes.
- Proven track record designing and delivering effective coaching programs and development plans.
- Exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Experience working with diverse populations and across industries; culturally aware and inclusive.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading both 1:1 and group sessions.
- Remote and hybrid work capability; proficient in virtual coaching tools and CRM/mentoring platforms; ICF or equivalent credential is a plus.
