Responsibility

  • Design and deliver one-on-one and group mentoring sessions tailored to mentees’ goals.
  • Develop personalized development plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops on leadership, communication, and career navigation.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and conflict-resolution guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to align mentoring with organizational goals.
  • Monitor mentoring outcomes, collect qualitative data, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth and accountability.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or leadership development experience.
  • Proven ability to build trust, listen actively, and ask powerful questions.
  • Strong knowledge of coaching methodologies and frameworks (e.g., GROW, SMART goals).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience designing curricula, workshops, and development plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree; coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate scheduling across teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mentorship.
