As a Mentor, you will partner with mentees to set goals, navigate career challenges, and develop actionable plans for growth. This is a full-time, in-person or remote-friendly role based in San Francisco, offering a premium mentoring experience and meaningful impact.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver one-on-one and group mentoring sessions tailored to menteesâ goals.
- Develop personalized development plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Facilitate workshops on leadership, communication, and career navigation.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and conflict-resolution guidance.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to align mentoring with organizational goals.
- Monitor mentoring outcomes, collect qualitative data, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth and accountability.
Qualification
- 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or leadership development experience.
- Proven ability to build trust, listen actively, and ask powerful questions.
- Strong knowledge of coaching methodologies and frameworks (e.g., GROW, SMART goals).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing curricula, workshops, and development plans.
- Bachelorâs degree; coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate scheduling across teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mentorship.
