Responsibility
- Design, launch, and manage scalable mentoring programs for professionals at all career stages.
- Develop mentor-mentee matching processes, onboarding, and ongoing coaching frameworks.
- Facilitate coaching sessions, group mentoring circles, and skill-building workshops.
- Track program metrics, analyze outcomes, and report impact to leadership.
- Create curricula, resources, and playbooks to standardize mentoring practices.
- Partner with Talent, Learning & Development, and HR to align with company goals.
- Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented mentoring culture and drive continuous program improvement.
Qualification
- 5+ years of mentoring or coaching experience in corporate or startup environments.
- Proven track record designing and scaling mentoring or learning programs.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and group discussions.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable measuring outcomes and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with mentoring tools, LMS, or CRM; comfortable with data-driven improvement.
