This full-time role supports a company-wide mentoring program that blends one-on-one coaching with group workshops. You will design scalable mentoring pathways, coach diverse mentees, and partner with teams to drive measurable growth.

Responsibility
- Lead one-on-one mentoring sessions with mentees to set career goals and development plans.
- Design, implement, and continually improve mentoring curricula and pipelines.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions and peer mentoring circles.
- Track mentee progress using our LMS and report outcomes to leadership.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and team managers to align mentoring with business objectives.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and resources to mentors to strengthen program quality.
- Maintain documentation, schedules, and mentor-mentee match qualifications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience.
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with coaching frameworks and measurement of learning impact.
- Experience designing programs, curricula, and assessment methods.
- Familiarity with LMS tools, data analytics, and reporting.
- Certifications in coaching or mentoring (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and inclusive environments.
