Responsibility
- Design and oversee a scalable mentoring program, including mentor onboarding, pairing, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Lead 1:1 coaching sessions and group mentoring circles with measurable outcomes and clear development plans.
- Develop and curate coaching resources, curricula, and toolkits for mentors and mentees to ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor mentee progress, collect feedback, and report impact metrics to leadership and program sponsors.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and product teams to align mentoring with career development pathways and skills taxonomy.
- Ensure confidential, ethical coaching practices and promote inclusive mentoring for diverse populations.
- Host quarterly virtual and in-person mentoring events to foster community, peer learning, and knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience.
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathetic facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to design curricula, coaching plans, and learning resources; experience with LMS or coaching platforms.
- Track record of measuring program impact and using data to drive improvements.
- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) or similar credentials are a plus.
