We are seeking a seasoned Mentoring Program Lead to design, manage, and deliver high-impact mentoring experiences for professionals at all career stages. This role blends coaching excellence with program strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven impact measurement. As a key member of our People & Growth team, you will shape the mentoring journey from onboarding mentors to guiding mentees through meaningful development plans.
Responsibility
- Design and implement a scalable mentoring program, including mentor recruitment, pairing algorithms, and ongoing support.
- Coach and train mentors and mentees to maximize growth and learning outcomes.
- Develop curricula, resources, and guidelines for effective mentoring conversations and feedback.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and leadership to align mentoring with organizational goals and talent strategies.
- Track metrics, analyze program impact, and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and communities of practice to foster a connected mentoring ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance, inclusivity, and psychological safety across all mentoring activities.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships if applicable.
Qualification
- 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, or talent development with demonstrable impact.
- Experience designing and running formal mentoring programs in corporate or nonprofit settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathetic communication.
- Ability to lead programs end-to-end, from strategy to execution and measurement.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and surveys to guide improvements.
- Certifications in coaching or mentoring (e.g., ICF, Mentoring Institute) preferred.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Hybrid/remote collaboration capability and willingness to travel occasionally.
