Responsibility
- Conduct regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with assigned mentees to establish clear development goals and action plans.
- Design personalized mentoring roadmaps, incorporating skill gaps, career aspirations, and measurable milestones.
- Track mentee progress, document outcomes, and provide timely, constructive feedback to accelerate growth.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions and peer-learning circles to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the Programs team to recruit mentors, align with curriculum, and promote inclusive participation.
- Develop and maintain mentoring resources, templates, and guides to scale impact across the organization.
- Use data and qualitative insights to improve program design, outcomes, and participant experience.
- Champion inclusive mentorship practices and ensure confidentiality, trust, and psychological safety in all interactions.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience in corporate, education, or nonprofit settings.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse mentees.
- Proficiency with coaching frameworks (e.g., GROW, SMART goals) and a track record of helping others achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple mentees with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience designing development plans, resumes, interview prep, and career progression strategies.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or coaching certification (ICF, CCE, or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with mentoring platforms, learning management systems, and metrics/dashboards for outcomes.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with demonstrated cultural humility in coaching.
