Responsibility

  • Conduct regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with assigned mentees to establish clear development goals and action plans.
  • Design personalized mentoring roadmaps, incorporating skill gaps, career aspirations, and measurable milestones.
  • Track mentee progress, document outcomes, and provide timely, constructive feedback to accelerate growth.
  • Facilitate group mentoring sessions and peer-learning circles to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Programs team to recruit mentors, align with curriculum, and promote inclusive participation.
  • Develop and maintain mentoring resources, templates, and guides to scale impact across the organization.
  • Use data and qualitative insights to improve program design, outcomes, and participant experience.
  • Champion inclusive mentorship practices and ensure confidentiality, trust, and psychological safety in all interactions.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience in corporate, education, or nonprofit settings.
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse mentees.
  • Proficiency with coaching frameworks (e.g., GROW, SMART goals) and a track record of helping others achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple mentees with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience designing development plans, resumes, interview prep, and career progression strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or coaching certification (ICF, CCE, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Familiarity with mentoring platforms, learning management systems, and metrics/dashboards for outcomes.
