At MentorBridge, we empower professionals to unlock potential through structured, compassionate mentoring. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Mentor & Coaching Lead to design and scale our mentoring programs in Austin, TX. You will partner with HR, L&D, and leadership to create inclusive pathways for growth, and you will coach mentors to deliver transformative experiences.
In this role, you’ll craft curricula, recruit and onboard mentors, facilitate sessions, track outcomes, and continuously optimize the program to maximize impact and retention. Responsibility
- Design, launch, and manage a scalable mentoring program aligned with business goals and learner needs.
- Recruit, onboard, and curate mentor-mentee pairings; build a diverse, high-caliber mentor pool.
- Facilitate mentoring sessions and provide coaching to mentors to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop curricula, resources, and screening tools to support mentor effectiveness.
- Track outcomes, measure impact, and report program metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and leadership to scale mentoring across teams and regions.
- Champion inclusive mentoring culture and provide coaching to managers on mentoring conversations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, or learning & development, with program design experience.
- Proven ability to design curricula and learning experiences for adults.
- Excellent facilitation, active listening, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating programs and reporting outcomes.
