We are seeking a dynamic Mentor and Coaching Lead to design, deliver, and scale our mentoring initiatives for early to mid career professionals.
In this role you will partner with program directors, senior mentors, and learners to craft impactful coaching experiences, foster meaningful relationships, and measure outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and lead a comprehensive mentoring curriculum and coaching framework for various cohorts.
- Train and onboard new mentors, conduct performance feedback, and maintain mentor quality standards.
- Design 1:1 and group coaching sessions, including goal setting, progress tracking, and accountability plans.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to scale mentoring programs with measurable outcomes.
- Manage volunteer and paid mentor networks, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Analyze program data to optimize engagement, retention, and impact metrics.
- Champion inclusive mentoring practices and provide culturally sensitive coaching.
Qualification
- 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or professional development experience.
- Proven track record designing curricula and delivering training for diverse adult learners.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing mentoring programs or talent development initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data, measure outcomes, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Passion for helping others grow and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
