As a Mentor & Coaching Lead, you will design scalable mentoring frameworks, coach leaders, and drive measurable outcomes across the organization.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a scalable mentoring framework, including coaching guidelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Recruit, screen, and onboard mentors; maintain a diverse mentor pool aligned with program goals.
  • Design and deliver onboarding sessions and ongoing training for mentors to ensure best practices.
  • Facilitate one-on-one mentoring sessions and group mentoring circles with a focus on confidentiality and psychological safety.
  • Monitor mentee progress, collect feedback, and adjust plans to maximize growth and outcomes.
  • Measure program impact with KPIs, report findings to leadership, and iterate based on data.
  • Collaborate with HR, DEI, and Learning & Development teams to align with broader talent strategy.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience with a track record of performance improvement.
  • ICF credential or equivalent coaching certification preferred; strong coaching methodology and ethics.
  • Excellent active listening, powerful questioning, and feedback delivery skills.
  • Experience designing mentorship programs or curricula; knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Ability to lead, facilitate workshops, and manage group sessions with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence; commitment to inclusion and belonging.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
